The purpose of storing personal information

Blue Solutions AS offers its services to both individuals and companies, by phone, via e-mail and chat. The minimum we need of personal information to be able to respond to inquiries is name and email address. To provide services to our customers, we create customer profiles, and it is for these customer profiles that we collect personal information. Blue Solutions AS expects that every corporate customer has obtained consent from their employees to be registered in our systems.

Who is responsible for treatment?

Blue Solutions AS by the general manager is responsible for the processing of the personal information we process in connection with the use of our websites and services, or when you get in touch with us in any other way.

The legal basis for the treatment

We have a basis for processing personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act § 8 and the EU Privacy Directive 95/46 / EC Article 7, both because the processing of personal data is necessary to carry out orders and respond to inquiries (Personal Data Act § 8 a)) and the Privacy Directive Article 7 b)).

In order to offer our services, we need basic personnel. In some cases, names and emails will suffice, in other cases we need more information to be able to assist. It can be an address and telephone number.

We use common Internet technologies, including Google Analytics, to collect information about users so that we can at all times facilitate the best possible functionality and further develop the information offered on the website. This information is retrieved from the computer's browser and is anonymised. Several examples of what the statistics provide answers to are how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts and which websites the users come from.

How do we secure the information?

Blue Solutions AS has established rules and routines for the protection of personal data and privacy.

If we disclose your personal information to a third party, we will ensure that there are arrangements and agreements that secure the information and prevent the third party from using the personal information for purposes other than those agreed.

We will use all reasonable precautions to ensure that our employees, and third parties who have access to information about you, have adequate information to ensure that they only process this information in accordance with this statement and our obligations under the Privacy Act.

Deletion of personal information

Blue Solutions AS has established rules and routines for deleting personal information in accordance with current privacy legislation. Information is deleted no later than one year after the user is no longer considered an active user of our website and our services. Personal information related to invoicing is stored in isolation and must be secured for 10 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

Who do we share information with?

Unless you have given special consent to the disclosure of personal information, your personal information will only be disclosed to others where this is necessary to fulfill our assignment obligation.

We also share personal information with our subcontractors, possibly also with public authorities if there is a statutory disclosure obligation.

Personal information sent via contact form is stored in our web system. The web system and its servers are located mainly in the United States (USA).

Your rights

If Blue Solutions AS processes personal information about you, you have the right to access your own information. If the personal data is incorrect, incomplete or it is not allowed to process them, you can also ask Blue Solutions AS to correct the information.

We do not process and store information about you longer than necessary for the intended purpose or for what is required under agreements entered into and not beyond the scope of the law. We delete personal information when a user notifies that he / she no longer wishes to use the service.

Blue Solutions AS may use the information we collect about you when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact, or take legal action against persons or companies that may harm you, us, or others.
