MEASURES AND STATUS IN THE MEGA GROUP DUE TO CORONAVIRUS

Like the rest of society, we at Mega Group also follow the situation closely, and we have implemented a number of measures to reduce the risk of infection among our customers, employees and suppliers. Measures are under continuous assessment and updates based on information from the Norwegian Directorate of Health and the Government are carried out and distributed to customers on request.

Measures taken

General:

• Write information to all employees about coronavirus, how to prevent infection and measures in the company
• The management team reviews risk analysis, which is updated weekly or more frequently as needed
• Posters hung up with info from FHI on how to avoid infection
• No handshake
• Keep a minimum distance of 1 meter whenever possible.
• All travel activity is postponed
• Extra cleaning started
• Everyone has been told to stay at home on suspicion of infection / illness
• Contact with subcontractors regarding their status

Office staff:

• Home office for everyone with the opportunity
• All meetings are held at Teams
• Interaction takes place on Teams
• Cleaning and hygiene for personnel and IT equipment

Workshop employee:

• Posted posters with measures for the various workstations
• Dedicated personnel for various workstations, equipment and tools
• Cleaning and hygiene for personnel and workshop equipment
• Extensive use of disposable gloves
• Use of electronic communication where possible
