Reels and Spooling Units

HPUs for your needs
Hydraulic power units are the most important driving components in hydraulic systems. These units consist mainly of a motor, a reservoir and a hydraulic pump, and these units can generate an enormous amount of power to drive most types of hydraulic cylinders.
Integrated HPUs
We make power packs and HPUs to drive your systems. The HPUs can be fitted with control valves, remotes, HMIs, accumulators, and safety functions. Ideal to run equipment such as cranes, winches, trolleys, cylinders, and other deck equipment.
Portable HPUs
We make portable standalone HPUs for every application. Either for use in workshops, outdoors or offshore. Our HPUs are designed for hydraulic oils or glycols and can be used for flushing, injection, or running equipment.
Rough Environments
We have standard products and solutions for equipment used in rough conditions and environments. Lifting frames for Offshore use according to DNV and ATEX approved systems for explosive environments.
As the powerhouse of any fluid system, Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) combine a high-efficiency motor, reservoir, and pump to generate massive mechanical force.
Pressure Pumps
Air-operated high-pressure pumps suitable for hydrostatic pressure testing, flushing, injection, chemical injection, and methanol filling. We can supply pumps from the most recognized manufacturers and help you find the right solution for your application.
Pneumatic Pumps
We make portable test pump units up to 4000 bar / 60 000 PSI Fitted with Parker Autoclave components and Single- or double acting pumps from Hydratron, SHS, SC, and others.
Test benches
Stationary or mobile test benches and units tailored to your operations and testing requirements. Suitable for testing with hydraulic oil, glycol, or water.
Gas boosters
High-pressure gas boosters for various gases, including N2 boosters for accumulator charging and gas bottle filling according to WR2672. Particle Counters.

Umbilicals, Hotlines and Power cables
We provide umbilicals, hotlines, and cables tailored to the customer's technical and operational requirements. Solutions are available for hydraulic oil, injection chemicals, and power transmission, with options for both short and long lengths. Our deliveries include subsea applications with thermoplastic hoses, such as Parker Polyflex, and deck jumper solutions.
Umbilicals
Custom-made umbilicals designed to meet customer-specific requirements. Available with the hoses and cables needed for hydraulic oil, glycol, or power transmission, in both short and long lengths depending on design and dimension.
Hotlines
Hotlines available as original supply or reinforced with an additional outer sheath and strength member. Designed for demanding applications, including subsea use and deck jumper solutions. We also deliver Black Eagle hoses from Parker.
Cables
Cables supplied to suit customer requirements for power transmission and related applications. Available in various lengths and configurations depending on design, dimension, and operational needs.
We have our own machine for bundling hydraulic hoses and electrical cables. Our engineers quickly deliver drawing packages and production plans.
Accumulators
BlueSolutions is a certified accumulator service center for Parker Hannifin and can also supply accumulator bottles from most recognized manufacturers. Our solutions are tailored to a wide range of applications, including onshore industry, process plants, drilling, and subsea operations.

Piston or bladder accumulators
We supply piston and bladder accumulators for a wide range of hydraulic and pressure control applications. Each solution is adapted to the system requirements, operating conditions, and area of use.
Special requirements
We deliver accumulator solutions for demanding environments and special operating conditions. Options include various material grades, such as stainless steel, as well as high-pressure solutions up to 20,000 psi.
Accumulator racks
Accumulator racks designed and assembled to meet customer-specific requirements. Solutions can be tailored to the application and delivered as standalone units, integrated into existing structures, or incorporated into operator containers and other equipment. Available in different configurations for onshore, offshore and subsea applications.
We offer a broad selection of accumulator services, including Parker Certified Service and recertification. We can recertify and service any brand or type of accumulator.
Particle Counters
We supply portable and fixed-installed solutions for fluid cleanliness monitoring and condition control. Our particle counters and water-in-oil instruments are suitable for a wide range of hydraulic, lubricating, and water-based fluids, helping operators monitor contamination levels and take preventive action at an early stage.
FlowMate
FlowMate is a portable system for monitoring and documenting flushing and condition monitoring of hydraulic systems. It combines a Parker iCount particle counter with a high-accuracy flow meter and measurement of temperature and differential pressure to collect and interpret system data in real time.
The system presents flow, pressure, temperature, and particle contamination data as graphs in a report or certificate, providing clear documentation of flushing performance and system condition. It also calculates Reynolds number and fluid velocity to assess whether flushing conditions are sufficient. Delivered in a portable Peli case, FlowMate can be adapted to different fluid types, pressure ranges, and flow rates, with data displayed on a PC screen or a dedicated HMI.
Laser CM20 / CM30
Portable particle counters designed for fluid contamination monitoring in the field or as part of a permanently connected solution. The LCM20 / CM30 offers a fast 2-minute test procedure, multi-standard cleanliness reporting, and data logging for efficient condition monitoring.
Pallet PCM400/500
Portable cleanliness monitor for measuring particle levels and fluid cleanliness across a wide range of operating environments. The PCM500 uses proven mesh blockage technology and delivers reliable 3-part ISO 4406 cleanliness codes, with the option of portable use or permanent installation for continuous monitoring.
WS019 – Water in Oil measurement
Portable water-in-oil instrument for measuring dissolved water content in hydraulic, lubricating, and insulating fluids. The WS019 is designed for industrial environments and provides a simple and reliable method for preventive maintenance and condition monitoring.

PressureMate
PressureMate ice BlueSolutions own solution for pressure and temperature logging, developed for reliable monitoring and documentation during testing and operation. The system can be adapted to the specific operation, including different test procedures and standards. It provides the operator with clear guidance on expected pressure drop and pressure curve stabilization for accurate evaluation and consistent test execution.
INTAB Data Logger
High-precision data logger available with 8, 16, or 24 analog channels for pressure and temperature measurement. The INTAB system combines advanced technology with low power consumption and is delivered in a robust Peli case, with pressure transmitter options from 0 to 4000 bar.
PT Logger PT01 / PT04
Digital pressure logger for measurement and documentation of pressure and temperature during testing and operation. Available in 1-channel and 4-channel versions, both with an additional temperature channel, the system offers flexible logging for a wide range of test setups. Hardware and PC software are included for efficient logging and clear test reporting.
Pressure Transmitter
Pressure transmitters for vacuum and pressure measurement, available for pressures up to 4000 bar. Used together with a logger and software, they enable conversion from milliampere signals to bar or psi and support clear presentation of pressure curves over time.
